Your information will only be accessible by the Dan River Emmaus Community Webmaster (hereinafter referenced as "Webmaster"), who may, at the request of the Dan River Emmaus Community Board (hereinafter referenced as "Board" or "the Board"), share information with the Board for purposes relating solely to administration of its duties.
The information you submit may be accessed for purposes of investigating any suspected abuse (defined hereinbelow) of any services offered on the Website at the time of your registration or any services or features which may be implemented on the Website at any future date, whether you are suspected of such abuse or whether you may have been the victim of such abuse. In the event such an investigation should be undertaken, you will be personally notified, either by e-mail, U.S. Mail, or otherwise, of the nature of the investigation and the purpose for which we may access your information.
In the event of any investigation of criminal activity involving your information by any law enforcement agency, we will provide your information to such agency as required by law.
We will strive to take reasonable precautions against unauthorized access to your records, but we may in no way provide any guaranty against such unauthorized access.

In the event you should delete or discontinue your registered membership, we will retain your information indefinitely in a separate database solely for archival purposes and for investigation of any suspected abuse or illegal activity which may have been committed, whether suspected to have been committed by or against you. Such archival records will not be accessed for any other purpose. Such archival records will be afforded the same protection and will be used for the same purposes as set out herein.

Terms of Use
The Dan River Emmaus Community provides the Website solely for informational and entertainment purposes. By subscribing as a registered user of the Website, you agree to use the Website strictly for the purposes set forth herein and as may be described elsewhere in the Website, and you further agree not to commit any acts of abuse or to use the Website for any illegal or improper purposes.
As used hereinabove, the term "abuse" shall mean:
The unauthorized access or attempted unauthorized access of any registered user information save that for accounts created by or for you.
The use of any Website services or features offered for use by registered users or members of the general public for the purpose of communicating any threat or harrassment; unauthorized solicitation of any kind or type, commercial or noncommercial, whether for lawful or unlawful purposes; or any purpose other than that expressly stated for any specific service or feature.
The use of the Website for the purpose of commission or aiding in the commission of any illegal or unlawful activity, or the attempted use of the Website for commission or attempted commission of any illegal or unlawful activity.

Reporting Abuse
If you suspect that any person has used, or has attempted to use, the Website for any abusive, illegal, unlawful, improper, or other unauthorized purpose, you must report the same to the Webmaster or to any member of the Board (whose identities are listed on the "Board of Directors" link in the Site Contents menu located in the left sidebar on any website page. To facilitate the reporting of any such activity, you may click the link labeled "Report Abuse" below, but such report may be made through any other means reasonably calculated to reach the Webmaster or member of the Board.
